How to use your steam:
- Cleanse your skin
- Put 1 tablespoon of herbs into a large heat proof bowl with 4 cups of boiling water
- Create a tent by wrapping a towel around your head and draping it over the bowl. Hold you head roughly 12 inches from the bowl
- Close your eyes and enjoy the relaxing steam. Breathe with intention for 5-15 minutes
