Two Sisters Naturals is founded, owned and operated by East Cost born and raised sisters Crystal Mills and Jillian Anderson.
In 2012 I developed a passion for hot yoga. That meant a Iot of sweating! At the time I was buying most all natural products, but just could not find a deodorant that didn't leave me feeling sticky, smelly and like I had wasted my money. With this new yoga passion, a natural deodorant became top priority. After trying everything on the natural market, l turned to creating her own, which is actually still the exact same recipe Two Sisters Naturals is selling today (and it's one of our top selling products!).
l then developed another passion - this time to essential oils. This turned into creating lip balms, whipped body butter and the product list grew from there. After a little nudge in 2016, Crystal decided it was time to start selling these creations. That brings the story to Jillian, who, as you may have guessed, is the other sister and co-founder.
It’s true. Crystal was already making a few products before I joined her. After trying some stuff she had made I instantly fell in love with it. What’s not to love?? I didn’t think much about making my own products until I had my daughter. I then quickly realized how hard it was to find good quality natural baby products that didn’t cost a fortune. In comes the baby line and myself! Once I decided I wanted to learn how to make everything and join her in the business it has grown faster than we ever could have imagined!
And that brings us back to the story of us.
We believe that living a natural lifestyle and that supporting our local community in order to limit our individual footprint is important. We love the process of creating, making and bring a product to life.
