We ship all orders by Canada Post within 3 days of receiving your order and often within 1 day of ordering. We will let you know of any unseen delays in your order as soon as we can. All orders will receive automatic package tracking. We regretfully cannot be not responsible for missing packages when your address information has been incorrectly provided or for packages damaged in transport (including those affected by temperature).

We currently ship only to Canada.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns.
As all of our products are made in small batches there may be slight variations between batches, although we try our best to avoid this. However, should there be any issue with your order please reach out to us. We want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it!
Incorrect order received? While rare, we are human! Please contact us immediately upon receipt by sending us a picture of your order to allow us to rectify the error.
Additions or corrections to your order? Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to make any changes if your order has not yet been processed.
We take the quality of what goes into our products seriously. We source local whenever possible. We use certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils whenever possible. All of our products are gluten free and many are vegan. Rest assured knowing ALL of our products are safe from parabens, sulfates, harmful fragrances, colour, or anything else you don't want to be putting on our skin or in your house! We never add anything more than exactly what is needed to make the product.
