DRY BRUSH

The practice of dry-brushing has been shown to improve appearance of your skin, increase blood circulation, smooth and exfoliate rough skin patches.

  • The benefits of dry brushing include:

    • Dry brushing unclogs the skin’s pores while exfoliating
    • Increasing blood circulation 
    • Promoting lymph flow/drainage
    • Improved digestion
    • Stimulates your nervous system, leaving you feeling invigorated
    • How To:

      • We recommend dry-brushing 2-3 times per week. Always use gentle, light pressure.
      • Starting at your feet, gently use short, upward brush strokes. 
      • Move to your belly, using a counterclockwise direction
      • Brush from your hands to your heart.
      • To finish, brush down toward your underarms.
      • After showering, apply our body oil to highlight your glowing skin


      Note: do not use this technique on skin that’s broken, including cuts, scrapes, lesions, sores or burned skin, including sunburns,

    • Our brushes are made of bamboo and contain boar bristles. Size: 13cm x 8cm x 4cm
